Almost a month old!

My little sweethearts will be one month old on Wed! Where did the time go so fast?? The babies are doing great. I'm anxious to get them in for their next pediatrician appointment to check their weights but they have PLENTY of wet and dirty diapers so they must be getting enough food. Their diapers and clothes seem to be fitting better as well. They are starting to be awake a little more and we love watching them look around and take in the world. We're still not positive what their hair color is ... looks like dark blonde or light brown. Their little eyebrows and lashes are very light blonde so it will be interesting to see what color they end up with. Their eyes definitely look like they'll stay blue because they are getting lighter. They're so sweet. I'm attempting to figure out a routine of sorts but it's difficult. Every day seems different. I don't know if it's because I'm exclusively breastfeeding or they're going through growth spurts but it just seems all the do is eat most of the time. We can usually get through the nights only waking up every 3-4 hours (sometimes 5!!!). I'm still sleeping on the couch and usually they end up falling asleep on the twin nursing pillow with me sitting up. I really want to break that but it's so tempting when I can get good amounts of sleep in that way. It's getting real old real quick though. I want to LAY down in my bed again so I'm trying to get them to their swings and bassinet more during the days. I've also started reading Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child. Everyone on the Twinstuff forum I visit says it's wonderful so I'm hoping it will help us. I also got the Moby Wrap in the mail so I'm excited to try that out so I can carry both babies and actually do some things around the house. This couch is getting really old.

Here's some recent pictures:
Snuggling together as always. They love to be touching and even hold hands.

Walker chilling out in the bassinet.

An older pic showing the the great big EZ 2 Nurse Twins pillow that the kiddos usually end up falling asleep on.

Adorable! I can't believe they're nearly 1 month old already. I'm curious to see how big they are on the scale too...let us know how the next ped appt goes!
