My youngest sweetheart turned 2 months old on June 3rd. I swear time is flying by so quickly! Ryder is just a doll. For the most part still a very easy baby. His personality reminds me a lot of Jocelyn. Very sweet natured and happy go lucky but you better not tick him off or a fiery temper comes out. LOL In other words know what he needs at least a minute before he knows. Oh and he has her pouty lower lip that sticks out real good when he gets upset. You know the one that is so adorably cute that you can't help but smile even though you know blood curtling screams are coming next. LOL
Ryder was 14 pounds and 23 3/4 inches at his 2 month appointment on the 3rd. We couldn't believe it but he is a big baby. If you look to the right column you'll see that the twins didn't reach this size until around 4 months and they were not itty bitty things. LOL He had all of the normal shots that day which sucked. He was all happy and smiling until the needle went in. Then he started screaming and holding his breathe. Poor little guy. Thank goodness for Tylenol. He was really sore and crabby all day.
We are still breastfeeding with 1-2 bottles of formula a day. He is doing great with both and usually wakes 2 times a night to eat. He's slowly starting to take more organized naps. Those are hard with my other little monkeys though because they are so loud. We're working on solutions but just trying to get him the sleep he needs as much as we can.
I'll be posting the twins 18-19 month blog next week after their appointment. I can't wait to find out how big they are. They seem to have really grown up the past few weeks. It's like 18 months was a turning point from baby to toddler. I'll also upload pics then too hopefully. :-) Might be a busy month for my blog. LOL
My oldest sweetheart moved to Kansas on Memorial Day to finish school. Texas has a lot more requirements than Nebraska and when we moved here he had to take 13 classes to graduate. He kind of gave up and lost his drive. His paternal grandparents found a summer program where they live where he only needed 1 1/2 classes and he should get his diploma by July! Hopefully that will go well! He's still talking about going into the Navy so we'll see what happens after July. We took some portraits of the kids the day before he left so I'll get those up soon.

WOW - 2 months? That's crazy. We've been home with Ella a bit over 2 months now...the time flies by. You must be SOOOO busy with three little one's under 2yo. I'm so impressed that you still find the time to exercise. Great job mommy!!! Your children are beautiful and precious!!!
