This started as a blog about our journey in trying to conceive, IVF, the loss of our little angel, my pregnancy and birth of our twins, and our little surprise munchkin. Now we are all on a journey with the Army. This has become more of an update of our life but if you read from the beginning you will find info about our IVF experiences.

My bum already hurts - not good!
SO I've now had 3 shots of Repronex and my butt is already starting to get sore. That is not a good sign!!! LOL Hopefully after a couple more I'll either get used to it or my muscles will just toughen up and quit whining. ;-) Tomorrow we have our first monitoring appointment. We'll see how many follicles are growing and how everything is going. They'll do an ultrasound and bloodwork and then call me later to tell me to increase/decrease/ or stay with the same dosage of the Repronex. I'm kind of excited to go in tomorrow so I feel like something is going on. Right now I can sort of feel some twinges here and there but nothing too exciting. I'm sure I'll be moving slower soon enough. ;-) I've been doing meditations every day that do actually help. I use the Anji IVF CD. It really helps me focus on the here and now and let go of everything else to help your body focus on doing what it is supposed to do. At first I thought I would feel a little silly but ya know - I can have the most stressful day and I go up to my little meditation room (I redid our office/guest room) and lay down and do my CD for 20 minute and I feel like a new woman. Shoulders relaxed, positive feelings, and I can handle the rest of the stressors a lot easier. I greatly recommend it for anyone!! Anyway - hopefully I'll have more exciting news tomorrow!
